Andrew Wommack – A Better Way to Pray (Part 3)

Andrew shares on how the primary use of prayer should be for fellowshipping with God and thanking him.

Make sure you watch part 1 and 2 first:

“Prayer is relationship with God”
“Prayer existed before needs existed”
“For most Christians, prayer is a vehicle to ask God for something…”
“He [God] wants you more than He wants to give you things”
“Everything comes out relationship”
“The price that you pay for ingratitude is depression”

  1. USE PRAYER TO LOVE GOD APPRECIATE HIS DOINGS REGARDLESS OF ANY DEPRESSING ISSUES YOU EVER SEEN. OR EXPERIENCED.
Love God for who He is Worship Him And Stop Perverting Prayer.
USE PRAYER MOSTLY TO BLESS AND LOVE GOD.

  2. You are right God never promised us a rose garden however he did promise that He would lead us in triumph through every attack of the enemy-He has give us His word as our weapon of warfare and we either learn how to use it and stand no matter what tries to blow us off the rock of His Word or we slide off the Rock and join the majority of the crowd that simply says "I guess His Word doesn't work. Bottom line God's Word is the final authority we either believe that and take a stand ("and after doing all to stand! stand therefore!) or we give up and do without. There are more people in graves that slid off the Rock or gave up just before the break through-what are you goin to do?

  3. I used to wonder how come that I never needed to make any prayer requests because my needs were provided for even before I became aware of them. After listening to your "A better way to pray" I figured out the solution to my solution. I have fellowship with God where I have conversations with Him. No prayer time set apart for God. I share my thoughts, my doubts, my anger, my joy etc etc with Him all the time. When I am hurting all I say is Father God, Jesus, Holy Spirit and I know  that He is there besides me hurting and then the healing starts setting in. The same goes with every other aspects of my life. Thank you so much for "A better way to pray". I was unknowingly applying it in my life. But now I move on with confidence that I am on the right track. God bless you and your ministry. I have no money to sent to you for your ministry but I pray that God uses you powerfully and provides for all your financial needs. A grateful hand maid of my Lord Jesus Christ. Madhu Abraham.

  4. some of us that god have giving great revelation or wisdom is not because we are smart but to help the weak. But if we spend all our days pointing out people weakness rather than giving them what god has giving u to give them u make them feel bad.God children are hungry with the true gospel that will make impact in their lives but instead of giving them what they need we tell them how foolish they are and they don't even  know how to talk to god or how to pray. You that know how to pray is not by your strength but by the holy spirit in you so that you can pass it to other in love not judgement or condemning their ignorant. You can help people without pointing out their weakness thereby making them feel so terrible

  5. i love u man of god but don't discoverage people who are going through pains in their lives but encourage them.It does not mean that if someone is going through something he is not in a relationship with god,i don't agree with u on that i am sorry but the bible never say we will not face trouble or if u are facing some hard time u are not in fellowship with god.U are a great teacher and i respect ur ministry but no one knows all except god and we know in parts only the once he wants us to know. i love u

  6. all poor people are not automatically go to heaven just because theyre poor. i used to believe this is in a way, i thought it was sinful to ask for money but we all NEED it. as long as u use it for good and to help people and to glorify God in the world, i think its a good thing

  7. VERY GOOD TEACHING . IF WE HAVE GOOD RELATION SHIP WITH GOD THEN THE BLESSINGS WILL COME AS A BY PRODUCT. A FATHER AND CHILD RELATIONSHIP . FATHER KNOWS WHAT CHILD NEEDS. ITS AS SIMPLE AS THIS.

  8. an evil meglomaniac who preaches he can cure cancer by expelling demons and he said he saw his son raised from the dead. He is a pathological liar. Watch his TV shows and you can see he ad libs and makes up stuff that he must know is untrue.

  9. Differentiating that which belongs to the old covenant and in the new and also Knowing what God has done for us in the New Covenant is important. This message will help make my prayer life appropriate. Thank you.

  10. People are not taught to have relationship, or minister unto the Lord. What is modeled by leadership is asking, requesting, demanding etc. As a result many grow up thinking this is primarily what it s. We are also taught that it's a chore, that it's a job, it's hard, so we know we should do it out of obligation, but really don't look forward to it.

  11. Oooh! Love dis better way to pray perfect! Words to share with is people from the lord.I hv choose to be even more thankful towards God.have already stop complaining an put all wat Jesus has already done for me in remember.great topic Andrew! Love every minutes of it.

  12. @sungis

It's not about being rich for the sake of being rich.

It's about having wealth to be able to bless others.

It costs money to travel and world and preach the gospel.

Jesus wouldn't have needed a treasurer if they didn't have money coming in.

The question is what you do with it.
